Chess Cake

  1. Stir together the cake ingredients until moist.
  2. Press into an 11 inch x 15 inch pan.
  3. Beat together the topping ingredients.
  4. Evenly spread on top of the cake mixture.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Cool and cut into bars.
