Meli's Mixed Berry Smoothie

  1. Freeze one small container of yogurt (approx 113 gr or 1/2 cup).
  2. I usually leave a few in the freezer for making smoothies.
  3. Blend all ingredients in blender until desired consistency is achieved.
  4. Can add more water if it is too thick.
  5. enjoy!
