Crock Pot Brisket
- 4 pounds Beef Brisket
- 1/2 cups Prepared Mustard
- 1 package Onion Soup Mix (1-2 Ounce Packet)
- Place brisket fat side up in crock pot.
- Dont add any water or liquid!
- Cover with mustard and sprinkle on the soup mix.
- Cook on low overnight, or 8 hours.
- Skim seasoning off the fat layer of the juice.
- Peel off fat layer and discard.
- Mix the seasoning back into the liquid.
- Heat slices of brisket in the juice and serve with sides or as a BBQ sandwich.
