East Indian Special (Tope)

  1. Fry onions until golden brown.
  2. Add ground masala and fry well.
  3. Add mutton, curry leaves and salt to taste.
  4. Add 1 tbsp.
  5. bottled masala and pressure-cook until mutton is tender.
  6. Remove mutton from gravy and add 1 tbsp.
  7. bottled masala.
  8. Boil 3 cubed potatoes until tender.
  9. Add the mutton back to the gravy.
  10. Add sour lime juice and a handful of chopped coriander.
  11. Add poha and serve gamished with chopped corriander.
