Indonesian Corn Fritters (DADAR JAGUNG)

  1. Mix the corn with ground spices, flour, rice flour and egg.
  2. Add a little water and stir well.
  3. Add the red chilli, sliced scallions, coriander powder and bouillon powder.
  4. Stir again until well blended.
  5. Heat oil (use medium heat).
  6. Take 1 ladle of batter, fry until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove and drain.
  8. Ready to be served as a side dish or snack to your beloved family.
