Healthy Sesame-flavored Shirataki Noodles

  1. Boil the noodles briefly, strain, then cut into edible lengths.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan and drop in the noodles.
  3. When nearly all the water has evaporated, mix in the seasoning ingredients and simmer.
  4. Crush the sesame seeds with your fingers, and sprinkle on the noodles.
