Healthy Sesame-flavored Shirataki Noodles
- 100 grams Shirataki (Konnyaku) noodles
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp White sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp Dashi stock granules
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- Boil the noodles briefly, strain, then cut into edible lengths.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan and drop in the noodles.
- When nearly all the water has evaporated, mix in the seasoning ingredients and simmer.
- Crush the sesame seeds with your fingers, and sprinkle on the noodles.
