Vegetable and Couscous Skillet

  1. Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 1 min.
  3. Add peppers; cook and stir 5 to 6 min.
  4. or until crisp-tender.
  5. Stir in peas; cook 3 min., stirring frequently.
  6. Combine couscous and parsley in serving bowl; top with vegetable mixture.
