Whole Wheat Pancakes
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup whole wheat cake flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon canola oil (for frying)
- Mix milk, egg, and flour together, then add remaining ingredients while mixing constantly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat and fry until there are bubbles in the batter.
- Flip and fry just until lightly browned, usually about a minute.
