Pork Loin Parmigiana

  1. Remove bone and fat from pork loin chops; save all small pieces of meat.
  2. Heat oil in deep skillet or Dutch oven hot enough so that a water drop dances.
  3. Beat eggs in 1 small bowl.
  4. Pour bread crumbs in another.
  5. Dip pork loin chops in egg, coat throughly in bread crumbs, then fry until brown in oil.
  6. Drain breaded chops on paper towel.
  7. Arrange all fried pork in 9 x 13-inch dish or pan.
  8. Cover with cheese slices.
  9. Pour spaghetti sauce over top to cover.
  10. Then microwave on High for 5 minutes or bake in 350u0b0 oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
  11. Serve over spaghetti.
