Herbed Hickory-Smoked Cornish Hens

  1. Place game hens onto grill over drip pan.
  2. Baste with butter mixture.
  3. Grill 40 minutes; turn.
  4. Baste with butter mixture.
  5. Continue grilling 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165F and juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
  6. *Substitute 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary.
