Beef Liver/Onions To Gravy Recipe

  1. Place oil in 8 inch skillet.
  2. Fry liver on both sides for 5 to 7 min on medium heat.
  3. Remove liver from skillet and set aside.
  4. Then add in flour to skillet and stir continually till brown.
  5. Add in water and onions then bring to a boil.
  6. Add in liver and simmer for 20 min.
