Ray's Vanilla Mint Cherry Candy Cane Cake

• 1 box vanilla cake mix
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 can cherry pie filling
• 1 cocoa powder
• 1 red sprinkles
• 1 candy canes
• 1 tsp mint extract
• 1 quart heavy whipping cream
• 2 box vanilla pudding
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla extract

1. bake cake as directed on box, I just add 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup water & mint extract to make a moist cake.
2. spray two 9"inch pans and bake as directed let cool.
3. whipping: add all ingredients together whip on high speed till thickened set aside.
4. cut each cake in half and add a little amount of whipping and a little amount of cherry filling continue on both cakes.
5. on the top layer cut a small bowl like to apply cherry filling
6. I used a rose tip to make rose like flowers all around cake.border around edges, sprinkle with cocoa & sprinkles top with candy canes & hershey kisses as desired.
