Chocolate Eggnog

  1. In a blender container, combine skim milk, dry pudding mix and rum extract.
  2. Cover and blend on HIGH 20 to 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into 4 glasses.
  4. Top each with 1 tablespoon Cool Whip Lite.
  5. Lightly sprinkle nutmeg over Cool Whip Lite.
  6. Serves 4 (1 cup) -Each serving equals:.
