Chocolate Eggnog
- 4 cups skim milk
- 1 (1 ounce) packagejello sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
- 12 teaspoon rum extract
- 14 cup Cool Whip Lite
- 1 dash ground nutmeg
- In a blender container, combine skim milk, dry pudding mix and rum extract.
- Cover and blend on HIGH 20 to 30 seconds.
- Pour into 4 glasses.
- Top each with 1 tablespoon Cool Whip Lite.
- Lightly sprinkle nutmeg over Cool Whip Lite.
