Bread And Butter Pudding With Honey Recipe

• 1/2 Tbsp. butter
• 1/2 Tbsp. honey
• 12 slc white bread
• 1 pt lowfat milk
• 2 Tbsp. sultanas
• 1 x Lemon, zest of
• 2 x Large eggs

1. Butter the bread and cut into squares.
2. Place in an oven proof dish.
3. Sprinkle bread with sutanas.
4. Beat Large eggs and honey, whisk in warm lowfat milk and lemon zest, and pour over bread.
5. Sprinkle top with sugar.
6. Stand bowl in tray of cool water and bake in oven at 350 F for 30 to 40 min till custard is set.
7. Seve warm or possibly cool with cream.
