Creamy Radish Salad

  1. Slice the radishes thin or into matchsticks.
  2. Put in a large bowl and mix with vinegar, sour cream/creme fraiche, sugar and a little salt & pepper.
  3. Adjust the dressing to taste - if you want more acidity, add a little more vinegar, or if it's a little too tart, add another 1/2 tsp sugar.
  4. Lastly, mix in the dill.
  5. Serve as-is or over some salad greens!
