Citrus Salsa
- 3 oranges-cut the pith and peel off and remove the fruit in segments
- 3 lemons-cut the pith and peel off and remove the fruit in segments
- 2 grapefruits-cut the pith and peel off and remove the fruit in segments.
- 1 tablespoon chopped serrano peppers
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
- In a bowl, combine orange, lemon, and grapefruit sections with peppers, mint, shallots, oil, salt, and pepper.
- Mix and season.
- Serve atop your favorite fish.
