Spicy Orange Rice Noodles

  1. Bring the orange juice to a boil in a medium nonstick saucepan over high heat.
  2. Add the chili garlic sauce and rice noodles.
  3. Boil the noodles, stirring occasionally (using a nylon pasta fork, if possible), for 2 to 4 minutes or until they are just soft and almost all of the orange juice is absorbed.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the olive oil.
  5. Allow the noodles to stand for about 2 minutes to cool slightly and to absorb the remaining juice.
  6. Season with salt.
  7. Serve immediately.
