Citrus-Gelatin Fruit Salad

  1. Add hot water to gelatin in large bowl; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  2. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until gelatin is thickened but not set.
  3. Reserve 48 of the orange segments (or 4 orange segments for trial recipe) for the garnish.
  4. Add remaining orange segments and pineapple to gelatin; stir gently until well blended.
  5. Portion 1/3 cup (3 oz.)
  6. of the gelatin mixture into each of 48 dessert or plastic portion cups (or 4 dessert cups for trial recipe).
  7. Top each with 2 Tbsp.
  8. of the whipped topping; cover evenly with remaining gelatin.
  9. Refrigerate until completely set.
  10. Top each with 2 Tbsp.
  11. of the remaining whipped topping and 1 orange segment.
