Tomato and Red Onion Salad
- 50 each Large tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 50 each Medium red onions, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 6-1/4 cups KRAFT Fat Free Italian Dressing
- 3 qt. Crumbled feta cheese
- 1-1/2 cups fresh basil leaves, chopped
- For each serving: Arrange 1/2 each of a sliced tomato and onion alternately on serving plate.
- Drizzle with 2 Tbsp.
- dressing; sprinkle with 2 Tbsp.
- cheese and 1-1/2 tsp.
- basil.
