Mexican Cheese Rice Recipe

  1. Mix salsa and soup together.
  2. In microwave heat on High power 2 to 3 min.
  3. On stove top heat over medium-low heat till hot.
  4. Add in the rice.
  5. In microwave heat another 2 to 3 min, stir and heat again another 2 min if needed.
  6. On stove top you can heat mix over medium-low heat till desired temperature.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips.
  8. NOTE: 1 to 1 1/2 pounds browned grnd beef can be added if you like.
  9. Great as a meal rolled in a flour tortilla.
