Mrs. Binney's Beef & Beans

  1. Cook ground beef in a large pot with the chopped onions, garlic and celery until meat is browned well, and vegetables are soft.
  2. Drain away any fat.
  3. Dissolve bouillon cubes in the boiling water; stir into beef mixture.
  4. Add the canned beans, mustard, ketchup, salt and pepper.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Cover and bake in oven at 375F for 1 hour.
  7. To serve I top with the crumbled bacon.
