Chocolate-Mint Ice Cream Cake

  1. Line 9-inch round cake pan with plastic wrap, with ends of plastic wrap extending over side.
  2. Arrange 20 cookies on bottom and around side of pan.
  3. Coarsely chop remaining cookies.
  4. Spread chocolate chip-mint ice cream over cookies in pan.
  5. Layer with chopped cookies and vanilla ice cream.
  6. Freeze 4 hours.
  7. Use plastic wrap handles to lift desert from pan; carefully peel off plastic wrap.
  8. Let stand 10 min.
  9. Top with COOL WHIP; drizzle with fudge topping.
