Chocolate-Mint Ice Cream Cake
- 25 OREO Cookies, divided
- 1 pt. (2 cups) chocolate chip-mint ice cream, softened
- 1 pt. (2 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 2 Tbsp. chocolate fudge ice cream topping
- Line 9-inch round cake pan with plastic wrap, with ends of plastic wrap extending over side.
- Arrange 20 cookies on bottom and around side of pan.
- Coarsely chop remaining cookies.
- Spread chocolate chip-mint ice cream over cookies in pan.
- Layer with chopped cookies and vanilla ice cream.
- Freeze 4 hours.
- Use plastic wrap handles to lift desert from pan; carefully peel off plastic wrap.
- Let stand 10 min.
- Top with COOL WHIP; drizzle with fudge topping.
