Portabello Poppers

  1. Clean mushrooms and pull out stem.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Process onions, peppers and crab to mince.
  4. Combine all of ingredients except parm cheese and oil.
  5. Stuff caps fully and place in large baking pan.
  6. Sprinkle with parm.
  7. Drizzle with oil.
  8. Bake 400 for 35 mins.
