Sir's Paper Chicken
- 4 piece chicken
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Light Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp Dark Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 5 slice ginger cut to small slice
- 1 Baking Paper
- 6 piece Leek
- Add all ingredients and marinate for an hour minimum.
- Cit baking paper that is enough to wrap a piece of chicken
- Wrap chicken using baking paper into envelope shape to prevent leaking of the sauce.
- Ovan bake for 35 mins at 180F.
- You may toss around to check if the chicken is well cooked.
- Done!
- Best serve with white rice.
