Crab Bisque III
- 2 lbs crabmeat
- 1 cup margarine
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 quart milk
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon Accent seasoning (MSG)
- 12 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco sauce (and seasonings)
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- to taste parsley
- to taste onion
- Blend margarine and flour.
- Add onions; cook 10 minutes.
- Add other ingredients and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Add parsley, cheese and green onions (last).
