Cocoa Marshmallow Squares

• 1 gal. JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
• 2-1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
• 1-1/4 cups butter
• 2 gal. cocoa sweetened rice cereal

1. Spray full hotel pan (or half hotel pan for trial recipe), large spoon and rubber spatula with cooking spray; set aside.
2. Place cereal in large bowl; set aside.
3. Melt marshmallows, peanut butter and butter in top of double boiler, stirring frequently.
4. Pour over cereal; mix well.
5. Press evenly into prepared pan.
6. Cool 1 hour.
7. Cut into 60 (8x6-inch)squares (or 12 4x3-inch squares for trial recipe).
