Diabetic Raspberry Pork Chops

  1. Place Raspberry jam in microwave for 60 seconds to liquify.
  2. Add in the Raspberry Vinegar.
  3. Set Aside.
  4. Spray a frying pan with cooking spray and fry the pork chops until done.
  5. (Approx.
  6. 7 minutes on each side) Remove from pan and place on serving dish.
  7. Pour Raspberry sauce over pork chops and serve.
