Almond Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine the eggs and yogurt in a bowl.
  3. Mix in the two flours and baking powder.
  4. Add the spices, chopped ham and nuts.
  5. Mix well and pour into a buttered or sprayed loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Allow the loaf to cool and serve cut into cubes.
