Chicken Pot Pie Recipe
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 can mixed vegetable, liquid removed or possibly 1 pkg. frzn uncooked
- 2 c. cooked, diced chicken
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 (9") frzn pie crust, thawed
- 1 egg, slightly beaten (optional)
- Combine first 6 ingredients.
- Spoon in prepared pie crust.
- Cover with top crust.
- Crimp edge to seal.
- Slit top crust and brush with Large eggs, if you like.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 40 min.
- Cold 10 min.
- Serves 6.
