Lettuce Wraps

  1. Meat Mixture: Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  4. Wraps: Spoon 2 Tbsp.
  5. (30 mL) of the meat mixture onto center of each lettuce leaf; top with 3 each red and yellow pepper strips, 3 tomato slices, 1-1/2 tsp.
  6. (7 mL) of the red onions and 3/4 tsp.
  7. (3 mL) of the green onions.
  8. Roll up.
  9. Serve each with 1/4 cup (50 mL) of the dressing for dipping.
