Lettuce Wraps
- Meat Mixture
- - lean ground beef
- - goat cheese, softened Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 6 Tbsp. Kraft Sauce Works Dijon Bistro Sauce
- 6 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
- Wraps
- 36 each large Bibb lettuce leaves
- 3 each red peppers, cut into thin strips
- 3 each yellow peppers, cut into thin strips Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 12 each plum tomatoes, cut into thin slices King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1-1/4 cups red onions, cut into thin julienne strips
- 3/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 2-1/4 qt. Kraft Roasted Red Pepper with Parmesan Dressing
- Meat Mixture: Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Wraps: Spoon 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) of the meat mixture onto center of each lettuce leaf; top with 3 each red and yellow pepper strips, 3 tomato slices, 1-1/2 tsp.
- (7 mL) of the red onions and 3/4 tsp.
- (3 mL) of the green onions.
- Roll up.
- Serve each with 1/4 cup (50 mL) of the dressing for dipping.
