Chicken Tenders & Bell Peppers with Black Sesame Sauce
- 2 Chicken tenders
- 1 each Bell Peppers (red and yellow)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Ground black sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 3 tbsp Okonomiyaki sauce
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Bonito based dashi stock granules
- 1 Coarsely ground black pepper
- Place the chicken tenders in a heat resistant dish.
- Season with salt and sake, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2 1/2 minutes at 500W.
- When cooled, tear apart with your fingers.
- Cut the peppers in half vertically.
- Remove the seeds and stem and cut vertically into thin slices.
- Place Step 2 into a heat resistant bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
- Microwave for 3 minutes (500W).
- Gently remove the moisture with a paper towel.
- While Step 3 is still hot, add and mix in the Dressing Ingredients.
- Add the chicken and sesame seeds and lightly stir.
- Done!
