Chicken Tenders & Bell Peppers with Black Sesame Sauce

  1. Place the chicken tenders in a heat resistant dish.
  2. Season with salt and sake, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2 1/2 minutes at 500W.
  3. When cooled, tear apart with your fingers.
  4. Cut the peppers in half vertically.
  5. Remove the seeds and stem and cut vertically into thin slices.
  6. Place Step 2 into a heat resistant bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
  7. Microwave for 3 minutes (500W).
  8. Gently remove the moisture with a paper towel.
  9. While Step 3 is still hot, add and mix in the Dressing Ingredients.
  10. Add the chicken and sesame seeds and lightly stir.
  11. Done!
