STOVE TOP Skillet Fritters

• 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Cornbread Stuffing Mix
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 can (8 oz.) cream-style corn
• 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chiles, undrained
• 1/4 cup chopped onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 1 Tbsp. oil

1. Mix all ingedients except oil until blended.
2. Let stand about 3 min.
3. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 min.
4. Drop tablespoonfuls of batter into skillet.
5. Cook 5 min.
6. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
