Baked Three Cheese Egg Casserole Recipe
- 7 lrg Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tsp sugar
- 4 c. shredded Monterey Jack - (16 ounce)
- 4 ounce cream cheese cubed
- 1 ct small curd cottage cheese - (16
- 2/3 c. butter or possibly margarine melted
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 3-qt casserole dish; set aside.
- Beat together Large eggs, lowfat milk and sugar.
- Add in cheeses and melted butter and mix well.
- Stir in flour and baking pwdr and pour into a prepared dish.
- Bake for 45 to 50 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cut into squares and serve.
- This recipe yields 12 servings.
- Comments: May be prepared in advance and refrigerated, covered.
- If placed in oven directly from refrigerator, uncover and bake up to 60 min.
