Cinnamon Sugar Radish Chips

  1. Note: I enjoyed these mixed in with Greek yogurt and a spoonful of honey!
  2. I wanted to dip them, but they came out so small that they were just begging to be sprinkled on the yogurt instead!
  3. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Slice the radishes approximately 1/4 inch thick and put them in a microwave safe bowl.
  4. When you are done slicing, microwave for about 30 seconds to soften them up.
  5. Drain any liquid, and add them to a larger bowl.
  6. Add the olive oil, honey, and cinnamon sugar.
  7. Mix well to coat all of the radishes.
  8. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Make sure they are evenly spread out and not stacked on top of each other.
  10. Cook for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F, then remove the radishes and flip them over.
  11. Reduce oven temperature to 225 degrees F and bake for another 20 minutes.
  12. You want them to shrink in size and get crispy, but not burned, so keep a close eye on them.
  13. Remove them from the oven and enjoy!
