Sauteed Chicken Breast with Grainy Mustard Sauce
- 1 Chicken breast
- 1 Plain flour
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Whole grain mustard
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 Black pepper
- Make the marinade sauce.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until the sugar dissolves.
- Cut each chicken breast diagonally into about 10 pieces.
- Lightly flatten each chicken piece with the side of your knife.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Warm a frying pan, and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Coat the chicken pieces well with flour, and pan fry.
- Pan fry until browned on both sides.
- Don't cook for too long or the chicken will become tough.
- Cook until it's slightly golden browned.
- Put the panfried chicken in a bowl and coat with the marinade.
- Transfer to a serving dish, spoon on plenty of the marinade sauce and enjoy.
- It's delicious served with salad or warm vegetables.
