Stir-Fried Pork and Mushrooms

  1. Mix dressing, honey and soy sauce until blended; reserve for later use.
  2. Heat 1-1/2 tsp.
  3. oil in nonstick wok or large skillet on high heat.
  4. Add meat; stir-fry 1 min.
  5. Remove meat from wok; cover to keep warm.
  6. Heat remaining oil in wok on medium-high heat.
  7. Add onions and peppers; stir-fry 3 min.
  8. Add mushrooms; stir-fry 4 min.
  9. Return meat to wok; stir-fry 1 min.
  10. Add reserved dressing mixture; cook and stir 1 to 2 min.
  11. or until heated through.
  12. Serve meat mixture with the noodles.
