Chicken Fried Rice
- 8 small pieces of chicken
- 2 tbsp LG FRIED SHALLOT OIL or any oil
- 1 onion
- 1 cup cooked leftover white rice
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 dash lg szechuan pepercorn salt (optional)
- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp LG FRIED SHALLOT (optional)
- 2 tbsp dice spring onion
- MARINATE CHICKEN
- marinate chicken for 2 minute
- FRIED RICE
- in pan with oil brown chicken till no longer pink about 3 minute or longer depending on the thickness of the chicken then pour sauce onto chicken and add rice and stir fry
- fried rice for another 2 minutes till sauce are dry up
- off heat and top garnish
