Shareable Thai Chicken Flatbread

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cook first 5 ingredients in saucepan on low heat 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  3. Spread bread with 1/4 cup peanut sauce; top with chicken, peppers and mozzarella. Place directly on oven rack.
  4. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until mozzarella is melted and edge of crust is golden brown. Drizzle with remaining peanut sauce; sprinkle with cilantro.
