Herb and Garlic Mushroom Pizza
- 1/4 recipe Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough
- 1 can (213 mL) pizza sauce
- 1-1/2 cups Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Herb & Garlic Cheese, divided
- 3 cups sliced mushrooms
- Heat oven to 450 F.
- Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface.
- Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spread dough with sauce to within 1/2 inch of edge; top with 1-1/4 cup cheese and mushrooms.
- Bake 10 min.
- Top with remaining cheese; bake 8 to 10 min.
- or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
