Easy PNut Butter Cookies

• 1 cup smooth peanut butter or 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg

1. Mix all ingredients in medium size bowl.
2. Roll into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Flatten with back of spoon.
4. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
