Dad's Clam Dip Recipe

  1. Allow cheese to soften to room temperature.
  2. Drain juice of clams (save juice).
  3. Blend garlic, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce with cream cheese.
  4. Fold in minced clams and sufficient clam juice for correct consistency.
