Yakitori In A Frying Pan

  1. Cut chicken thigh and onion into bite-size pieces and skewer.
  2. Sprinkle katakuriko and set aside.
  3. Heat a frying pan and place the yakitori in a single layer.
  4. Cook over medium~high heat and lightly brown the surface.
  5. Combine the flavoring ingredients and add to the pan.
  6. Cover with a lid.
  7. Turn over the chicken once while cooking.
  8. When the sauce thickens, it's done.
