Easter Flower JELL-O Pudding Dessert
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
- 4 drops green food coloring
- 10 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows, cut lengthwise in half
- 1 Tbsp. pink sprinkles
- 4 jelly beans
- Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min.
- Pour into 4 dessert dishes.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, place coconut in resealable plastic bag.
- Add food coloring; close bag, then shake to evenly tint coconut.
- Press cut side of marshmallows into sprinkles.
- Arrange 5 marshmallow halves, cut-sides up, to resemble flower, pressing together gently to secure; press jelly bean into center of flower.
- Repeat with remaining marshmallow halves.
- Sprinkle coconut over desserts.
- Top with marshmallow flowers.
