Easter Flower JELL-O Pudding Dessert

  1. Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min.
  2. Pour into 4 dessert dishes.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  4. Meanwhile, place coconut in resealable plastic bag.
  5. Add food coloring; close bag, then shake to evenly tint coconut.
  6. Press cut side of marshmallows into sprinkles.
  7. Arrange 5 marshmallow halves, cut-sides up, to resemble flower, pressing together gently to secure; press jelly bean into center of flower.
  8. Repeat with remaining marshmallow halves.
  9. Sprinkle coconut over desserts.
  10. Top with marshmallow flowers.
