Sugar Snap Peas with Parsley

  1. Place peas in pot and add 1 inch water.
  2. Add a little salt, a teaspoon of sugar and a couple of pats of butter to the pot.
  3. Bring water to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to simmer.
  5. Cover and cook until peas are tender but still bright green, 7 to 8 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Add chopped parsley.
  8. Transfer peas to a serving dish.
