Simple, Spicy Pan-fried Noodes
- 16 ounces, weight Package Of Hong Kong Style Pan-fried Noodles
- 4 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 4 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Spicy Black Bean Sauce (or More To Taste)
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Drop in the noodles and boil for one minute.
- Drain and set aside.
- Heat a couple tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- Take about a quarter of the noodles and spread them evenly in the pan.
- Let them cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Slide them onto a serving plate and toss with about 1 1/2 teaspoons of soy sauce, a teaspoon of the sesame oil and 1 1/2 teaspoons of spicy black bean sauce.
- Continue cooking in 3 more batches until all the noodles are cooked, or keep the blanched noodles in the fridge and take it out and fry whenever you want some!
