Tomato Pickles Dill Green Tomatoes Pickle Kosher Style Recipe

  1. Use hard, small green tomatoes, pack into sterilized Kerr jars, add in to each qt jar a bud of garlic, 1 stalk of celery and 1 green pepper, cut into fourths.
  2. Make a brine of the water.
  3. Vinegar and salt and boil with the dill for 5 min.
  4. Pour the warm brine over the pickles in the jars and seal at once.
  5. These will be ready for use in 4 to 6 weeks.
