Moist Meatloaf Recipe

  1. In a big bowl combine all ingredients EXCEPT ketchup.
  2. Knead till all ingredients are mixed well.
  3. Pack loosely into a baking dish.
  4. Spread ketchup on top of meatloaf.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
  6. Spread a little more ketchup on the meatloaf the last 15 min, if you like.
  7. Lisa's favorite meat combinations are grnd sirloin with either veal or possibly pork.
