Basic Stuffing Miix Recipe
- 28 gm butter
- 1 x onion peeled and finely minced
- 112 gm fresh white or possibly brown bread crumbs
- 1 x salt and pepper
- Method1.
- Heat butter and fry onions and other vegetables if required.
- 2.
- Add in breadcrumbs seasoning and remaining ingredients.
- 3.
- Use as required.

- 56g mushrooms; finely minced and ltbsp parsley; finely minced or possibly 2.
- 2tsp fresh thyme; minced and 2tbsp fresh parsley; finely minced or3.
- 224g chestnut puree and 168g pork sausage meat or possibly
- 4.
- 1 onion (additional); peeled and finely minced and 2tsp dry sage or possibly
- 5.
- 1 stick celery; minced and 2 medium sized cooking apples; peeled cored and sliced.
