Tostada Lada
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped (small)
- 16 ounces refried beans (canned)
- 16 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 32 ounces enchilada sauce
- 6 corn tortillas
- 12 head lettuce, chopped
- 1 -2 tomatoes, chopped
- olive, chopped (small can)
- 2 -3 green olives, chopped
- Cook ground beef and onion; drain fat.
- Return beef to pan.
- Add refried beans, 1/2 of the cheese and 1/2 of the enchilada sauce.
- Heat remaining enchilada sauce in medium saucepan.
- Dip each corn tortilla in heated sauce and place on a plate.
- Top with 1/2 cup meat mixture.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and olives.
