Tostada Lada

  1. Cook ground beef and onion; drain fat.
  2. Return beef to pan.
  3. Add refried beans, 1/2 of the cheese and 1/2 of the enchilada sauce.
  4. Heat remaining enchilada sauce in medium saucepan.
  5. Dip each corn tortilla in heated sauce and place on a plate.
  6. Top with 1/2 cup meat mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and olives.
