Wagon Wheel Pasta Pizza Casserole
- 4 cups Wagon Wheel Pasta, Uncooked
- 1 pound Bulk Italian Sausage
- 1/2 cups Green Pepper, Chopped
- 1 cup Mushrooms, Sliced And Sauteed
- 28 ounces, weight Pasta Sauce
- 1/2 cups Pepperoni, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Ripe Black Olives, Sliced
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cook and drain pasta according to package directions and set aside.
- While pasta is cooking, cook sausage in skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink.
- Add the green peppers to the skillet and saute for about 5 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the skillet, except for the cheese, and mix well.
- Pour pasta mixture into an ungreased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.
- Cover the dish and bake about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
